What does words mean: CH and WUW

JUMAR:

CH - Central Heating, WUW - Warm Usage Water

 

Client:

Why should I use additional pump for warm usage water ??

JUMAR:

Our controllers have two outputs for pump:  for central heating and for warm usage water pumps. This control enables heating of the usage water tank to the temperature specified by the user and prevents cooling of the tank, e.g. in the event of a sudden drop in temperature caused by the boiler burning off. 

 

Client:

Can the boiler temperature rise uncontrolled during controller failure ??

JUMAR:

The controllers have additional inputs for connecting the STB fuse (thermal fuse). Incrising the temperature above safety temperature cuts off the heating source: fan and feeder.

 

Client:

Why does the airfan diode its blinking when the air fan is running ?? 

JUMAR:

The regulators have speed regulation of the air fan for better boiler combustion. The LED blinking is more frequent at higher speeds. At maximum speed the diode is constantly on.

 

Client:

On your website there are two different controllers, e.g. REG-05 and REG-05A. How are they different ??

JUMAR:

These controllers were made for various recipients: individual (version A) and boiler manufacturers (without A). Version A includes full wiring and STB thermal protection.

For how long do you provide warranty for your products ??

JUMAR:

Our company provides a 24-month warranty on all products manufactured by us. We also provide post-warranty service!

 

Client:

What to do if the device breaks down ??

JUMAR:

If during operation the device malfunctions are noticed, please contact with service department via the form on our website or by phone. Our service will agree with you how the device will be repaired or replaced.
