MICROPROCESOR CONTROLLER OF THE PELLET'S BURNER REG-03TFT 

 

 

REG – 03TFT controller is a modern microprocessor device controlling the work of the pellet's burner. Implementation of advanced driver's algorithm and the flame sensor ensures the simplicity of maintenance and the full automatization of the burning process. The usage of a graphic display with touch screen assures an easy and clear interaction between the user and the device. The driver is adapted also to working with the central heatings pump and warm usage water pump (optional). Thanks to these functions, the device can be used in expanded installations of the central heating without using additional steering devices. The regulator is also equipped with an output of room thermostat which enables the change of the furnace's working parameter after reaching a particular temperature in the room. To controller are added timer functions – now user can set heating time.

DISPLAY:

Three types of 7", 5" and 3.2" touch displays are available:

- 7" - resolution 800x480, dimmension: 154mm x 86mm, voice messages in Polish and English
- 5" - resolution 800x480, dimmension: 110mm x 68mm
- 3.2" - resolution 480x272, dimmension: 72mm x 44mm

CONTROLLER'S FUNCTIONS:

- automatic control of the combustion process,

- cooperation with burners up to 500kW,

- timer function - burner operation in specific time intervals (weekly clock),

- cooperation with a room thermostat (optional),

- cooperation with a external controller (optional),

- control of an additional cleaning system (optional)

- control of the warm usage water pump (optional),

- chimney temperature measurement (optional),

- view and record (logs) of events and diagnostics (failures, burners problems),

- built-in STB thermal fuse of the boiler (overheating protection),

- remote control and servicing option (WiFi module and Ethernet configuration required),

- menu in Polish and English

 

 * option - the controller has configurable outputs and inputs. It is possible to configure the device for a given heating installation.

- heater / igniter control,

- central heating pump control,

- warm usage water pump control (optional),

- cleaning system control: compressor, rake, rotatary burner (optiona).

- user and serivce manuals, connection description,

- set of sensors: cental heating, fire sensor, STB thermal fuse,

- set of power cables: power, pump, feeder, burner power with BULGIN plug,

In addition, a list of commands for integration with other systems is provided for the controller. Commands are in the AT standard. For communication, you can use the UART port (RS232) or the Wi-Fi module (connection via TCP / IP). A list of commands can be found in the file to download.
